Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.

Mix together the peanut butter and butter. Add the sugars and mix into a thick dough. Add more powdered sugar if needed. Place peanut butter mixture in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.

Arrange a single layer of pretzels on the baking sheet. Roll about a 3/4″ size ball of the peanut butter dough between the palms of your hands and place on the pretzels (I used a melon baller to scoop a uniform amount of dough). Cover the dough with another pretzel and lightly press to create a small sandwich.

Place the little sandwiches in the freezer while you prepare the chocolate for dipping. Temper the chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave. Dip the pretzel bites half-way into the melted chocolate and return them to the parchment lined sheet to set.

The chocolate will harden in about 20 minutes. Store the treats in a tightly closed container in the fridge for up to a week, however I seriously doubt there is any chance they will be around that long!
