Chelada
Light and refreshing, the chelada is the perfect ending to a long hot day. This icy cold drink is also great for the afternoon bar-b-que, and a wonderful cure for the morning after.

Ingredients

ice cold light beer
Corona, Budweiser, Miller, Keystone, Natural light
Clamato juice
2 - 3
dashes
hot chili sauce
Tabasco, Tapatio, Valentia, Cholula, or Siracha
2 - 3
dashes
Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
ice
lime wedge
Cajun seasoning and coarse salt
for the rim
Method
Rim the glass with a mixture of equal parts of Cajun spice and coarse salt.
Add ice to glass and fill halfway with beer.
Add Clamato juice.
Season to taste with chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Add a squeeze of fresh lime, stir and serve.
