Glad you tried this. It is amazingly moist from the fresh berries. I think muffins would be good but would guess the berries would need to be cut down a bit to make the muffin stay together. If you try making some please let me know how they turn out!

Yummy! Never baked with strawberries before, they make the bread moist and sweet, I kept thinking it had to go back in the oven, then realized the strawberries are so moist. It taste really good! I think this could also be a great muffins too!
