I paired it with strawberry puree to fill my strawberries and cream layer cake. The creaminess of this cream with the tart zingy-ness from the strawberry puree made for a balanced, not too sweet cake. I cannot wait to try this cream for a fruit trifle, and so many other possibilities. 10/10!]]></description>
