In reply to Allison Till. I have never made these as minis, but I would think 12 to 15 minutes. I would not adjust the temp. As with any baked good watch for a golden brown color on top. I hope this helps.

I didn’t make muffins but did the exact recipe and baked potato n a 9x13 pan. So delicious

In reply to Rachel. The recipe calls for cream style corn and you do not drain or rinse it. The creamy part makes the liquid for the bread. Hope you enjoy!

Do I have to drain the liquid out of the corn or do I use it? Thanks!
