Sorry to hear you had trouble with the recipe. I have made it again with these measurements and did not have any problems. When I make any bread I do not add all the flour the recipe calls for initially. I hold back about 1 cup of the flour required for the recipe and add it only as needed. Temperature and humidity make bread recipes really a moving target. Flour is also not always the same and in winter the flour can be extra dry and require more liquid. Again sorry you had a challenge, hope you will give it a try again.

I made these rolls last year and they were great. I tried to make them again today and I couldn't get the dough to come together. After 10 minutes of kneading it looked more like a biscuit dough than roll dough. 1/3 cup of milk doesn't seem like enough for 2 cups of flower. I see in a previous comment you changed the flour amount, do you also need to increase the liquid?

Marie. I am so sorry you had this issue and thank you for calling my attention to this. The recipe should read 2 cups of flour, I like to use 1 cup whole wheat and 1 cup all purpose. Again I am sorry for the confusion and truly appreciate you letting me know. Sometimes in proof reading things get missed, and it seems I very much overlooked this, so again I thank you for letting me know.

There seems to be not enough flour in this recipe- I tried and had to double the dry ingredients. Is there an error?
